Brief or Short-term Therapy:
Brief therapy can range anywhere from 1 to around 20 sessions.
We’ve assisted individuals in achieving their outcomes in as little as 5 sessions.
Long-term Therapy:
Long-term therapy is 20+ sessions.
Long-term therapy is offered for those desiring ongoing support or might have more complexities to unravel.

For a transformative 50-minute session, my self-pay rate is $180.
*For those who have insurance, a superbill will be provided on a monthly basis so that you may attempt to seek reimbursement from your health insurance.
